Omar Residence

We wanted to create a contemporary bungaloid in The Heights.  This home has a small house feel with lots of large house ammenities. The porte cochere creates a ton of usable outdoor covered space on the driveway.  The ipe rain screen is used to mark the working functional elements of the home like mud room, stairs, pantry, and bathroom.
