The clients wanted something unique and playful.  We created a two-story home that has a 3rd floor roof terrace, so that all of the inner city site could be appreciated.  Elongating the home allows the lap pool and terrace to feel like they are just another room of the house.  This project was designed by Greg Swedberg while at his previous employer Allegro Builders
