We created a home for a semi-retired couple who loves the cosmopolitan energy of their Montrose neighborhood while still appreciating the small scale ease and comfort of the surrounding bungalows.  The intent was to create a contemporary home that reflected on the historic past while embracing the present day.  The Willard Residence is a study of creating a right-sized residence with creature comforts and limited wasted space.
