Located on a rare double lot in The Historic Heights, the home's footprint is unusually wide.  The practical space organization allows for light-filled interiors with plenty of space for family gatherings (moving closer to grandchildren was the impetus for building the house) while addressing considerations for aging-in-place via a raised slab (uncommon for the neighborhood).
