Carnan Properties is a real estate broker that caters to high-end clientele from around the world who are relocating to Houston.  The space is intended to be simple and elegant.  The centerpiece of the space is the tree sculpture which is a representation of their logo.  The mod-park setting creates a sense of comfort in an otherwise striking, rectilinear space.
